Are you an experienced timber frame / SIP estimator seeking a new challenge?
We are a SIP panel manufacturer who specialises in the design and supply of flat pack building kits ranging from Garden Rooms through to Commercial Buildings as well as full turnkey Luxury Holiday Lodges into the Leisure industry.
You will be working alongside an experienced design and sales team to calculate the material prices of bespoke building kits as well as helping to cost our own range of stock building kits. Technical estimating expertise is a must as you deal with architects, consultants and garden room installers in bringing their designs to reality. You must be competent using spreadsheets (Google Sheets). Basic knowledge of Google Sketchup would be advantageous but not essential as we can provide you with basic training.
Reading from CAD drawings and also Sketchup files, you will consult with clients both face to face and over the telephone in providing accurate cost estimates for their project pricing elements such as timber lengths, SIP panel quantities, adhesives, screws, vapour membranes, rubber roofing kits, cladding (timber and composite), steel as well as windows and doors.

Your role would include:
- Providing accurate cost estimates
- Manage your pipeline alongside the sales team to ensure that jobs are prioritised correctly
- Liaise regularly with technical & production teams to ensure that progress on time & to budget
- Provide cover for customer sales enquiries when needed
Essential Requirements:
- SIP / Steel / Timber Frame experience
- Working in a similar role for 2-5 years
- Strong communication, numeracy & IT skills
- Able to work to strict deadlines & manage your own workload
- Good business & commercial awareness gained from working in the construction industry
